As OTAs begin for every NFL team, we are able to finally watch the new players play with their new teams respectfully. The Green Bay Packers are still going with Ty Montgomery as their starting running back, though I believe it is only a matter of time before Jamaal Williams is the lead back. Whoever it is, I would consider as someone to watch, and Jamaal Williams will most likely be able to be a good waiver wire pick up 2-4 weeks into the season. Sticking in Green Bay, Aaron Rodger got a new toy in Martellus Bennett who is going undrafted currently in most mock drafts. Terrelle Pryor Sr. is seeming to find his role within the Redskins offense, and is sounding more and more like a wide receiver by the day.I am fully convinced he can be a legit target in the NFL at this point, and according to Kirk Cousins remarks, sounds like him playing quarterback at a high level has benefited the mental aspect of the game, as he sees passes as a quarterback and wide receiver. Adrian Peterson reported to the Saints OTAs, and everyone seems to be pretty high on Peterson joining an already crowded backfield. Drew Brees spoke about how AD just brings that extra dimension to the game, where as Mark Ingram is more your overall back. Of course adding a Hall of Fame running back to your backfield is gonna add something to your offense, and even though Ingram just came off his first 1,000 yard season, I believe a Peterson/Brees combination is going to keep Ingram off the field. As for Alvin Kamara, I see him as a borderline flex option until further notice. As for AP’s ex team, the Minnesota Vikings, Dalvin Cook signed a 4 year deal, while Latavius Murray still isn't able to run. Murray reported that there has been no setbacks in his recovery from ankle surgery, look for him to be ready for training camp. The Colts had a great draft in my opinion, but it was revealed that Andrew Luck’s shoulder might not be ready to throw for training camp, which is concerning to say the least.

Over in Ohio the Bengals are still easing Giovani Bernard back in, limiting him even at OTAs. This could just be so Joe Mixon can get more reps, who I believe could be a sleeper back in PPR leagues. Joe Mixon is Jeremy Hill combined with Giovani Bernard, and will be seeing a lot of use in both the run and pass game. Andy Dalton has reportedly increased his arm strength this off season, most likely due to the fact of now having to throw the ball to a man with 4.21 speed. Deshone Kizer is rumored to be right under Hue Jackson’s wing, and on his way to be the starting quarterback for the Browns this season. Corey Coleman was held out of OTAs for an undisclosed injury, but when he returns, I think Kizer’s arm could make Coleman a lot more deadly. Other rookie standouts have been Cooper Kupp, and Kareem Hunt. Kupp has been “the star of this month’s rookie minicamp”, and seems to be transitioning from the FCS to the NFL quiet nicely. He is becoming Jared Goff’s favorite target, and with Goffs described growth from new coach Sean McVay, he sounds like he is the best player at quarterback finally. Another late round slot receiver performing well is Dallas’ Ryan Switzer who is already planned to have a solid role in the offense. Switzer provides a tad bit more speed to the slot position, but more importantly he adds overall receiver depth to a team that silently lacked it.
